Every program has its own culture, expectations, and challenges. I take the time to understand what a school needs in its next coach, then connect with people whose experience, approach, and aspirations make sense for that opportunity.
My approach is personal and straightforward: ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and communicate honestly with both programs and coaches.
